Hi I have a heska vet/iv 2.2 and a brand new battery (tried 2 new batteries) and the unit just will not charge it!! what can i do to check to try and make it charge?
I see there are 2 fuses ( both look ok but im looking to replace them) is there anything else i should look for?

If the pump is over infusing, how would you correct this problem?

Does anybody know how to put the Vet/IV into service mode? The Niki 4 manual says to hold down the down arrow key while turning the pump on until a menu pops up, but that doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

Heska will not sell parts for their units. I am looking for either an old broken pump or a source for parts. Any help would be appreciated.

The unit pumps a few drops of solution and goes into air alarm. need procedure for checking sensor. Vet/IV 2.2
